The work runs in order: confirm occupancy and code requirements (commercial fixture counts and ADA clearances are stricter than residential and trip up cheap bids), lay out to the approved plans, rough in to commercial code with proper venting and backflow protection, pass inspection before cover, then set fixtures and verify. On a commercial job the inspection regime is heavier than a house; we plan for it instead of getting surprised by it and blowing the tenant’s opening date.

The thing that actually matters to a business owner is staying open. We sequence and schedule the disruptive work, water shutdowns, core drilling, fixture cutovers, around your operating hours where possible, and we keep the jobsite contained so customers and staff are not walking through a construction zone. Because ADC holds a General B license, the plumbing is coordinated with the build-out walls, electrical, and finishes under one contract, which is what keeps a TI on the lease-commencement schedule.

On cost: a commercial plumbing quote is driven by code-required fixture counts, ADA compliance, backflow, and how much existing infrastructure can be reused, not just fixture quantity. A clean TI tying into adequate existing service is one number; new restroom cores, a grease interface for a food tenant, or undersized building service is another. We itemize it on the free walk-through and flag the code-driven costs early so they are not a change order during build-out.
