Can ADC handle the permits, or is that on me?
ADC pulls permits under its own General B license and books the inspections into the project schedule. You never stand in line at a county counter. On remodels and ADUs, Adam handles the plan submittal too, and the quote tells you up front what the permit fees will run for your city, since Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, and the foothill jurisdictions each price and process them differently.
How far out is ADC usually booked?
It varies by season. Roofing slots move fast ahead of the rainy months, and outdoor living projects stack up in spring. Interior remodels can often start sooner in winter, which is a quiet advantage: materials are easier to get and the crew’s calendar is more open. Does ADC work weekends or after hours?
For residential projects the crew runs weekdays, which keeps the neighborhood and your household sane.
