Our industrial electrical is the power infrastructure behind warehouses, shops, and ag-support buildings: three-phase service, distribution and sub-panels, dedicated equipment circuits and disconnects, high-bay and exterior lighting, and the rough-in that goes with a new shell or building expansion. We coordinate this under one General B contract with the building work, bringing in the licensed C-10 electrical capacity the scale of the job requires. We are honest that we are the building contractor coordinating it, not a heavy-industrial controls integrator.

The work runs in order: a real load and demand study for the equipment and the building, service and distribution sized to it with room for the loads industrial users actually add later, feeders and equipment circuits roughed to code and to the equipment manufacturers’ requirements, inspection before cover, then gear, lighting, and verification. The load study is the step that separates an industrial install that supports the operation from one that nuisance-trips and gets re-pulled a year in.

What matters to an operating facility is power continuity and the production schedule. We sequence shutdowns and cutovers around operations, keep safe temporary power during the build, and coordinate utility-side work where a new or upgraded three-phase service is involved (that lead time is often the real critical path, and we plan for it). Because ADC holds a General B license, the electrical infrastructure is sequenced with the slab, structure, and envelope under one accountable contract.

On cost: an industrial electrical quote is driven by connected load, three-phase service capacity, equipment circuit requirements, and utility coordination, not device or fixture count. Tying equipment into adequate existing distribution is one number; a new or upgraded service, new distribution gear, and heavy equipment feeders is another.
