Walls out of plumb, a floor system that bounces, a header undersized for the span, missing or mislocated shear and hold-downs: those are not cosmetic problems, they are the reason cabinets do not fit, doors do not stay shut, and a remodel feels cheap no matter how nice the finishes are. ADC frames to the engineered drawings and to tolerance, because the cost of getting it wrong shows up in every trade that follows.

The work runs in order: confirm the foundation or floor is true, lay out to the plans, frame walls plumb and square, set engineered or sawn beams and properly sized headers, install the seismic load path California requires (shear panels, hold-downs, anchor connections tied together, not bolted on as an afterthought), then sheathe and pass framing inspection before anything gets covered.
