What Happens After You Call.

Adam answers the phone himself during working hours. If he is up on a roof or under a house, you get a call back the same day rather than a message that disappears into a queue. That is the whole system, and it is deliberate.

The first conversation is short. What the project is, roughly when you want it done, and whether it is something ADC actually does well. If it is not a fit, Adam will say so and point you at somebody who handles that trade. Nobody benefits from a contractor stretching into work he does not do every week.

If it is a fit, the next step is a walkthrough at the property. Adam measures, takes photos, looks at the parts of the job people usually miss, the panel, the subfloor, the attic, the drainage. On remodels he is looking for what is behind the drywall, because that is where budgets move. Homeowners in older Lodi, Stockton, and Sacramento neighborhoods should expect at least one surprise, and it is better to find it standing in the room than halfway through demo.

After the walkthrough you get a written quote that breaks the work into line items, along with a realistic schedule. The quote spells out what is included and what is not, so there is no argument later about whether something was assumed. Permits, inspections, and material lead times all get discussed before anyone signs anything.

From there it is your call and there is no pressure either way. Quotes from ADC do not expire in 48 hours and nobody follows up eight times. If you want to think about it through a season, that is normal for a project this size.
